So Jessie-chan was supposed to come over today, but turns out she got sick, so today was spent doing random chores. I finally went to the post office and mailed my Code Geass DVD to Bandai to get a replacement, I went clothes shopping, and I actually vacuumed out my car. It's still got some debris in it, but I managed to get most of it out.
While clothes shopping, I remembered a very important factor. I cannot stand it. I don't understand the thrill of standing over clothing racks and rummaging through clothing. We went to TJ Max and Old Navy today, and while I am not a fan of namebrand clothing, I definitely prefer Old Navy. TJ Max is set up more like a thrift store, with clothes on racks instead of laying out in the open. And as much as I like thrift stores, I loathe going through the racks of clothing, looking at hundreds of outfits, most of which are way too huge or raggedy looking.
Not to mention, while TJ Max DOES have changing rooms, most of the thrift stores I go to do not... Bah. I really only go there for the books.
Anyway, I managed to swipe a green shirt for about $8 and an undergarment for about $5, so I was pretty satisfied. Even though I do shop at Old Navy, which is much more expensive than TJ Max, I always make sure there are sales first. XD *so dutch*
