Just some thoughts
I've been reading more fiction in the past few days than I have over the past month. While it's not helping me too much with schoolwork, it's a nice reprieve. I finished Dead Beat - had I not been reading it in a well-lit living room with my roomie, I probably would have slept with the lights on. Fantastic book, but there were parts of it that just freaked me out. The Dresden Files evidently do not go for cheap scares - they do the deep thinking kind.
I'm about a hundred pages into Proven Guilty, but I might have to hold off on finishing it until after Gallifrey. There are currently bad things happening at a convention in that book, and...yeah. Might wait on that.
RP anon meme is today. I'm watching it for my three, and I honestly don't know if any of them will be mentioned, let alone hit. My bet for the wank-catcher this time around is Econtra. Yes, the excessively academic attitude towards it prevents me from worrying. We'll just see how it goes.
Sorority retreat is tomorrow, so I'll be gone from noon until seven. I know all the details except with whom I'll be riding. It should prove to be interesting.
Does anyone know what Push is about, aside from looking like a gratuitous Heroes ripoff?
...nevermind, Wiki tells me it pretty much is a gratuitous Heroes ripoff. RottenTomatoes says Coraline's pretty good, though. Might go see that tomorrow night.
