And makes them very convincing. Though some criticized his portrayal of Kurosaki/gi I dont think there is anyone who fill it any better. "trying to appear strong but deep down you want someone to snatch you away and save you." Ironically thats said by Aikawa's role in KuroS and also by Taichi in SCP to Pi. Sadly some people get the wrong impression of him because the boy is too honest to a fault. Pi tend to enjoy talking about the not so mr perfect things hes done even now w/o making clear how it turned out like that. Oh Kazapon Hasejun..i miss them -have you seen the Jr fight where Pi lost and he had to sleep outside in a tent while everyone gets a bed in the hotel. He got so mad he tried to attack Raf with a pillow and Toma tried to stop him so he got mad at all of them and hid behind the curtains with his hoodie covering his face. It was so cute.

I understand where youre coming from considering how pampered Pi is growing up its amazing how he grew up as to be as he is now. While being aware of his advtg he makes sure that such ability can be of benefit to others and not solely himself. Staying in NEWS is probbly one of the greatest gestures of that. There is no doubt Pi can be successful as a solo artist because I feel (sorry news fans), he seems to hold back when hes in the group so too keep in pace with the others not saying the others are inferior but the solo Yamapi gives off a diff feel than the Pi in NEWS. am i making any sense? I <3 NEWS but Pi as a solo artist even once in a while is a treat worth noting.

There is so much more in him we have yet to know. Getting glimpses of his many sides is always something worth looking forward to just as much as "whats his hairstyle now?" That said, I miss his old stylist. I feel like somewhat strangling his current one. I enjoy reading your responses a lot. ^^ Mind if I add you as a friend. I can't see anyone else as Kurosagi either, appearance-wise he's very moldable, but I did think his acting in that drama left a lot to be desired. There were scenes where he was excellent, and I remember thinking he had potential, but the mistakes he made were very obvious. It's nothing that can't be fixed with experience and a good director, but I think that impression kinda stuck with a lot of people, who are unable to judge his subsequent dramas objectively. Can't really be helped I guess..

I remember the tent episode. XDDD He was so mad, he really hates to lose! It was utterly adorable. I like the old juniors, who acted like real kids, and were unpolished and interesting. Pi was kinda pampered wasn't he.. I remember Nino saying in an old interview that the juniors used to play a game of who Yamapi likes the most. XD Yamapi was the youngest for so long, and of course being cute didn't hurt. lol..

I can understand where you're coming from, and I support both NEWS and Pi as a solo artist too. I think that NEWS is aimed at a younger demographic than the fans that come from Yamapi's dramas. Solo activities are important in turning the people who like Yamapi the actor into fans, and I don't believe that this hurts NEWS in any way. It seems like Yamapi sometimes does hold back a bit, like you said, and tries not to outshine the others. I have a reporter blog saved somewhere about this, I should post it when I find it..
