This community was created for Yamashita Tomohisa news!!!
To avoid problems between us let's set up some easy rules
Rules of Conduct
◊ No Bashing. We will not tolerate any bashing of any kind. Not to Yamashita-san; current or former members of NEWS; your moderators or community members.
◊ Be Respectful. No one likes to be insulted. Please be polite, tolerant and respectful to others.
◊ LJ Cut. Anything longer than a paragraph, or that will break the layout of the community, must be placed under an LJ cut. Go here to learn how to make one.
◊ Posting. Use proper grammar when posting. The preferred language for the community is English. If you must post in another language, provide a summary/translation in English so the rest of us can understand your post. Do NOT use netspeak. (netspeak: WrItInG LiKe ThIs)
◊ Tags. Tag all entries. If a tag does not exist, PM a moderator and we will be happy to add it for you.
◊ No Drama. If you have a problem with a member, let a moderator know. Let’s keep our community wank free.
◊ Posting, Part 2. All posts must contain something related to Yamashita-san. NEWS posts are only allowed if our beloved Pi-sama is involved. So no posts about 4-nin NEWS or Tegomass. There are other communities for them. (see affiliates)
◊ Posting, Part 3. All post must be inside the community, only post links to your journal if your entry will remain open to everybody (I'm against of the open just for 3 days or so, so... is either on the community locked members-only or your journal must be open...It's not nice to friend somebody just because you want one video or one translation)
◊ Sales/Advertisements. Please post these only on the provided entries. The entries can be found in the sidebar. If you are selling limited time items, such as preorders for concert goods, you are allowed to make one short post on the main community once per week.
◊ Affiliates. If you would like to be an affiliate, please send a PM to a moderator.
MEDIA
◊ Source. When posting any type of media, please place a link to the source.
◊ Permission. Please note in your post that you received permission.
◊ Posting. Media includes the following: dramas, any official dvd/cds, streaming videos, etc.
◊ Lock. Please lock all media posts. No exceptions.
SCANS/TRANSLATIONS
◊ Source. When posting any type of scans/translations, please place a link to the source.
◊ Permission. Please note in your post that you received permission.
◊ Posting. All kinds of translations and scans can be posted. From magazines, to any kind of articles, as long as they are Yamashita-san related.
◊ Lock. Please lock all posts. No exceptions.
INFORMATION/RUMORS
◊ Source. When posting any type of information or rumors, please place a link to the source.
◊ Posting. Please do not post any bashing rumors or information.
You can always ask if you have questions, either you leave a message here or send a PM, I'll try to answer asap.
A weekly summary post will be made highlighting important events during the past week. All advertisements will be placed in this post. This will include jwebs, news, media, graphics, etc. This post will be up every Sunday.
If any of the above rules are broken, the following penalties will be given:
1st offense: written warning.
2nd offense: suspension for 3 days from the community.
3rd offense: suspension for 14 days from the community.
4th offense: banishment from the community.
Penalties will only be given to those that intentionally break the rules. If you weren’t aware of them, a moderator will direct you to the rules post. You won’t be penalized for the first offense, but if the rules are broken a second time, the above penalties will apply.
Remember, you can open discussion topics, sells post (once the topic is started by a moderator), Fanfiction (if your fic has more than 3 chapters, please do a masterpost, that way can be easier to follow your creation) and there is no limit to the graphics post (yeah, you can post only one avatar and it'll be ok, just remember the LJ-Cut) Fan projects and more!!!
