Who watches Code Blue 2??? All ages!!  Under the cut: fan report of a 5 year old, TV Guide demographics survey, Special J-web from Yamashita, the fellow's report card.

5 year old children are excited about Code Blue!??
This morning, when I took Souchan to nursery school, Meguchan asked him

"Souchan, Good morning!
Did you watch "Nintama" yesterday?" [*Nintama is a Japanese anime]

"I watched it!!" replied Souchan coldly

"And did you watch Code Blue?" asked Meguchan.

"I watched it! I watched it!!"
 replied Souchan happily

"The child...??!!"

"He fell into the river, right!!??"

"Doctors Heli are great, aren't they!!??" and so on.

Also other children joined the Code Blue conversation and they were very excited

Someone yelled, "Meguchan also watched Code Blue!!?
"

"Yes, because there's Yamashita-kun too!!
" she said.

I see... girls watch it for that reason!!

Of course, boys watch it because the helicopters, ambulances and the way the doctors of the emergency aid work look kakkoii!!

Anyway, I thought we were the only family watching the Getsuku drama with a 5 year old child but unexpectedly, there are other families who watch the drama all together!!

Code Blue 2 viewer demographics. Here's what a TV Guide survey of 3,000 readers discovered. No surprises here.

Viewers by gender:  female (89%) and males (11%)
The percentage of viewers (by age group) who were anticipating CB2 this winter:
Teens - 13%  ::  20's - 24%  ::  30's - 24%  ::  40's - 30%  ::  50's - 9%

We'll have to wait until the drama is over to see what the final viewship demographics looks like. If this survey is an accurate indicator, then the viewers of CB2 will be exactly opposite of the demographics of Buzzer Beat, where the largest percentage of viewers (30%) were the teenagers (as expected for the idol P-type role of Naoki). Code Blue attracts older viewers as the themes and storylines are a bit more sophisticated than BB. What's nice is that our Mr. Getsu 9 has a wide appeal to a large cross section of females, young and old, depending on the type of drama he is in.
And why will viewers tune in to Code Blue??  67% the people said "because the actors are charming".

A look at the Dr. Heli trainees: Which flight doctor-in-training at Shoyo Univ Hokubu Hospital will be asked to remain with the Dr. Heli program? Tachibana reviews their 'report cards'.

*note: the missing 'grade' for Aizawa and Shiraishi is due to our inability to read the full report off the video.

Konnichiwa!
I'm Yamashita Tomohisa!

Today, from 9pm on Monday, "Code Blue Doctor Heli Emergency Room - 2nd season" will start!!

This season takes place one and a half years later (from the 1st season).

Like the fellows,
all the co-stars also experienced various things.
Surely, it's more powerful and the stories are more interesting than the first season.
Many various things occur.

Because the stories are based on true medical cases, it's even more real!!
What is there in the human's heart is something you don't usually think about.

I hope (while) watching Code Blue, you'll feel something.

Since it was like that for me, I think you'll surely feel it as well.

Please absolutely watch it this evening from 9pm!!(^O^)
