I am too lazy to do anything drastic like changing the whole layout theme and everything, so it's just simple colour/bg/header changes ^^;;

This is to celebrate my ONE YEAR in the fandom (April 19, 2006) and ONE YEAR on LiveJournal (May 13, 2006)! I was going to post on the 13th, but had too many things to deal with then.

Explanation of my layout

Do I really need to explain? Quite understandable, no? (laugh)
Well, the animations I should explain.

LAYOUT THEME:: NOBUTA WO PRODUCE

PROBLEMS:: It turned out a little...not what I expected. ^^'

I was hoping for it to look more appealing, but kind of failed. Graphic skills still not improving =\

WHY NWP?:: 'Cause it's my first jdrama, which was also my first taste in the Japanese culture. ^^;

You do not know how Western-influenced I was back then (^^;;)

~The 3 NwP animations~

o1. All solo caps of them. If you look closely, it goes in a certain order & most caps are chosen for a reason (tried to make it seem like a triangle between Nobuta, Shuji, & Akira. ^^;)

o2. In pairs. It's mostly Shuji to Akira, & NobutAkira.

I think I have one Nobuta & Shuji in there. ^^;

o3. Three of them. Need I say more?

Weird order? Not really, just the first 2, no? ^^;

This is a recap of my time in this fandom.

There were things inbetween, but I highlighted all the major events.

Nobuta wo Produce

-- being the main reason why I got into this fandom, thus getting the whole layout.

Seishun Amigo

-- Next step after watching NwP. It was until the last ep of Nobuta that I was able to listen to SA in the ending credits (I skipped it in the previous 9 eps XDD), and absolutely fell for it in an instant. I thought it was extremely catchy.

Love Song

-- Which was one of the first vids I saw on YouTube, thus YouTube -> next step in fandom.
Pipi was the first idol ever who got me to YouTube hours on him to find and watch all vids there was of him (blame S to A XD).

I had never done that for any of my previous fandoms, even if YT wasn't as popular back then, I'd never spent more than a few hours to look up on an idol.. with Pipi it was the whole day. Stoopit Twinkle Tomo. :P

Kurosagi

-- I told myself I won't be watching this, 'cause I never intended to stay long in this fandom (knew about Kurosagi before YouTubing him for hours, BTW). Plus, I knew if I watch another Pipi dorama so soon, I'd definitely fall even harder since I was already crazy for Akira/Shuji to Akira.

But I gave in 'cause Amy suggested it (SHE IS PURE EBIL. She got me to watch NwP & then Kuro >.>) & 'cause of hours YTing him, I needed more dose of Yamashita?

After that, I was too sucked in. I was amazed by his sudden change of characters, which was also what got me interested.

Daite Senorita

-- a.k.a. solo artist. I'm glad I got into this fandom in time to see him as a solo artist. Would you believe that the DS limited edition was still in stocks when I was in this fandom, but I didn't buy 'cause I told myself it might just be a moment obsession, that I'd drop out of this fandom soon, so no use in wasting money? O__________O

Thus I ended up not getting any of the singles. 'Til now

GYM

-- After the whole DS...I sunk even more into this fandom.

Can't turn back now. Plus, this was a huge deal for Pipi & his fans.

I remember what riot it had caused. (laugh)

Byakkotai

-- Another huge deal for him. All of these things, all happening within a year for him.

Sugoi ne? And I was there in time to see with my own eyes & to go through it with him & all the other fans. *is glad*

NEWS

-- I got into the fandom just about a month or 2 after NEWS was suspended, so I never really got to experience what it was like to see them as a group, I only had old files of them to go through & look at for them to grow on me.

If it weren't for Pipi, I really wonder if I would even notice this group, lol. *majorly bricked*
I adore them all of course, but like I mentioned before, I had only intended to keep up with Pipi, no one else, 'cause one TomoPi was enough to take up all my time trying to catch up with 10 years of his JE life, lol.

But NEWS was a huge part of him, plus they were hard to resist for long. ^_~

Aiyaa...I should've included ProDai also, but had no room. ^^;

Even though being in this fandom for a year already, I still feel as if there are still so much to learn and so much to catch up on (you can NEVER catch up with JE. LOL).

Thus, I always feel like a newbie fangirl, which I guess is a good thing 'cause then I'm still able to feel excited when I find (old) files or read things on the guys that I never knew about before. :)

Anddd that is the last time I'm writing out a long explanation on my layout.

& I've got new icons coming up (& new mood theme). Haven't finished making them all yet though. ^^;

I realized that the first time seeing K8...I noticed Ohkura errm...almost last? LOL~

But last is definitely not bad, 'cause after looking at each one of them, Ohkura came up and I found my eyes kept glancing at him, even when the others were talking and he was just sitting there, WAHAHA~ *blush*

Ohkura's smexiness is unavoidable yo ^o~

TACCHON YOU ARE SO OMFGORGEOUS. Oh yeahh and it was his Engimono that got me to go absolutely "KYAAAAAA" over him. (laugh)
