New Layout, Pic Spam, & Icons ^^Yy
YOSHHH, I got finally got myself a new layout *is happy*. 
XD I only like the header, HAHAH.
Also made some avatars (finally got back to doing some =___=;), which is near the end of the entry.

I am quite liking this layout.
It'll stay for a while until I get bored of it or a newer scan comes out xDDD, LOL.
I forgot to mention, but tell me someone else noticed something about that scan, too (my header).
Twinkle Tomo actually smiling...with teeth revealing. *Leelee melts*

I also got myself a Pipi moodtheme, WOOOTS.
I'm sticking to this one for now while I work on my own Pipi moodtheme
(ALL different pics for each mood~ I'm easily paranoid with using the same pic twice for a mood
