"Yamapair? What is that?"
The Arashi kanji (嵐) can be broken up into two seperate kanji: yama (山) and kaze (風). In the Japan side of fandom, this lead to them breaking the band into two semi groups. And since the Yama kanji is at the top, Ohno and Sho are grouped together and called yamapair 'cause they are the oldest in the band. Makes sense now? :3
"what is the purpose of yamapairaday?"
the quite obvious purpose is to share pictures/gifs/moments of love between Arashi's Ohno and Sakurai on a steady, daily basis.
"does that mean you plan to spam us every single day?"
YES! WE'LL WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ACHEIVE THIS GOAL! \:D/
"can I join?"
sure, we'd love you to join! However, posting access is limited to maintainers only, sorry!
"why can't I post?"
currently, there are plenty of communities on the web and in LJ meant for the sharing of information and discussion of Arashi and its members. While we are all part of such communities, that is not the purpose of yamapairaday. "Daily" communities are meant to -- as a whole -- serve as a temporary, daily distraction from real life via a post of cute/flail/etc. on a certain subject; or in our case, of yamapair. We suggest if you want to post something yamapair related to head over to oretachinosong: the sho/ohno lj comm when it launches Jan 2010. :3
