My aching head. ;-;

God, my migraine from yesterday was a tenacious fucker. It lasted most of the fucking night... and is slowly trying to come back right now. x.x Goddamn.

We finally got some more painkillers, so I just took two of those to try and nip it in the bud before it blossoms into a fat sonuvabitch like it did last night. I felt NAUSEOUS last night because of the throbbing pain stabbing me in the skull. That's bad.

I used to get headaches and migraines on an almost daily basis, but over the last... I'd say, a year and a half, they've become increasingly rare... so I'm not used to the pain like I used to be. Needless to say, this motherfucker knocked me on my ass and kept on kicking me throughout the night.

When I finally did wake up, around noon, it was gone, but I still took care when getting up and walking around to make sure I didn't jostle myself too much and wake it up full force. I did pretty well until about an hour ago, when the dull throb came back, this time on the left side of my head. It's not behind my eye, so I don't think it's another migraine. It's prolly just a headache. I've had a cup of coffee, so it's been kept at bay. The painkillers should snuff it out entirely in about 20 more minutes or so.

I did dishes today, after helping bring in groceries and putting them away (putting them away in a neat and efficient fashion is one of my exclusive duties in the house, lest I'm incapacitated for some reason). Then, Nate took a shower and whatnot, after I did earlier... and now he's gonna make some dinner out of pork. He's prolly gonna make another goulash type of thing, which is fine with me. Anything is better than dry porkchops from the grill with a small side dish. Bleh. Dry meat is nasty.

My allergies aren't really bothering me much today, prolly since it's been raining here and there most of the night and day. That, I think, washed out most of the pollen and mold and whatnot that was hanging in the air... and with the fan on almost all the time in our room, the air is circulated enough to keep massive clouds of dust from going up my nose.

I have been having a bit of phlegm and a cough over the last week or so. I think it's allergy related, since it goes with the sniffles and snots I usually get.

My tonsils don't hurt and aren't swollen... my glands are fine, from what I can tell. No fever or sore throat... sinus pressure occasionally, but that's also an allergy symptom. My mommy said she's gonna send me some Claritin OTC soon, so that should knock it out good. :D

We didn't get to go to IKEA in Conneticut today, but that's alright. Atleast I know it's closer than NY now. Pat has to work Wednesday evenings anyhow, so it'd be hard to juggle the trip, and the place practically falls apart if she's not there to direct everyone. The woes of being a supervisor.

We'll go some time this summer, she said... so that's good. Even if I can't go with her, once Nate passes his driver's test and gets his car for keeps, which should be in a couple of months at the most, we can go whenever we want, given we have gas money. :p That's just awesome.

That's pretty much all there is to report. The kitties are doing fine. They're happy and growing steadily. Coal hasn't had anymore vomit/worm attacks, and they're not having the runs... so I think they're healthy for now. Within the next three to four months, I have to get Julian fixed. He's priority because males will spray if you don't neuter in time.

It's also cheaper to neuter a cat than to spay one... the proceedure is more simple. Also, when we get the chance, I need to get some Frontline drops or Advantage for them. The flea problem is getting out of hand. :(

For now, I just wash them every couple of weeks with hand soap or mild shampoo to kill as many fleas as possible, and keep their coats clean of flea dookies.

...Haha, dookie. :X I need to vacuum. I think I'll do that tonight before we do some laundry.
