GTA: SA is.. Fun.

And.. huge.

I've had the game since last night (and have yet to stop playing, really) and I've covered about 1/8th of the map. Its insane.

Is that 1/8th including the three cities, or just one of 'em?

I know it's huge, and there are so many improvements. The whole 'skill' system, swimming (omg, I hated the fact that you couldn't swim in the other ones), the bigger variety of vehicles, the fact that you can get fat. XD Uh... tattoos!!! More variety with radio shows... And all that.

I was actually kinda dissapointed with Vice city after the first couple days, because it was supposed to offer so much and didn't really deliver. :\ After you get to the second island, it's basically only really good for fucking around and maybe unraveling the 'plot'.

Well, I haven't even made it to the second two cities and i've probably only covered about 1/2 of the first Its got a map revealing type thing that you can't tell what the area is just by looking at the pause menu map until you actually go there.

Its insane. Just the ammount of area you can cover is almost comparable to Morrowind (ok, maybe not THAT much area to cover..) The things you can do like Swim, Tattoos, Eat, Keep your girlfriend(s) happy, work out at the gym, are fairy interesting as well.

My only gripe so far is that the soundtrack sucks. I've yet to find a radiostation I can stand listening too and I can't find any talk programs. :(

I decided that since it's not technically me paying for FFXI right now, I'd sign up for six months of ragnarok. Yay. So I can play with you if want. If not, I'll just play by myself like on every other game. :3 Either way is cool with me.

My brother got San Andreas today. It looks pretty interesting. I stole Vice City from him and am going to install it later maybe. Since all I've ever done on it is ran around driving and killing people. It's so fun. But I need to actually play it for once. o:)

Just gimme your char names and the server you play on (any characters of mine worth a salt are on Loki server, so... :p!), I'll PM you when I get on next (which may or may not be until tomorrow morning or so), and I'll tote you around and give you some newbie gear and crap like that.
