I saw a pattern in Nate's flare ups and his diet. I told him to not eat any more dairy and we'll see if he improves. He hasn't eaten any since yesterday morning and has been getting better. I made him some instant miso soup and it really fixed him up. He hasn't been having any more pains, only sensitivity in his intestines.

He and I both believe he's either lactose intolerant proper or has IBS related to a lactose sensitivity.
