300

Yeah, bit behind the times, but thought I should say a word or two about 300.

Short review...

Child abuse - years of mental problems
Writhing nudity - requires the climbing of a mountain
A million freaks held off by 300 men armed only with a wall of pure testosterone - priceless

Suffice to say, I love this film. Went to see it with an old friend of mine who shares the same sick sense of humour and didn't stop laughing once.

"A tree of dead people! Hahahah!"
"He clotheslined him WITH HIS SHIELD! *clang* Hahahahah!"
"Did you see that!? Ninja drop kick!"
"Is it just me, or is that a 7 foot pimp?" (for those of you who know of the sick fuck campaign, Xerxes = The Father)

This entertained me:

And this is Xerxes:

As another aside, D managed to dig up the work out regime that they used to get so totally ripped for the movie, and I've been working on it ever since. Suffice to say, it's hardcore and the first time left me virtually crippled. Subsequent workouts have been equally hard, but less long term crippling. Unfortunately it leaves me on a massive testosterone high, which isn't good when you have to work...

Manager: "The sun will be blotted out with my paperwork!"
Me: "Then I'll fight in the shade." *manager implodes from aura of manlyness*

My beard upgrading experiments haven't gone so well, I feel I may have prematurely invested my man-points, however, I'm hoping the spartan work-out will aid me in my facial hair aquisition.

Damn it's good to have a 4 day weekend.

Finally, my computer is now on it's 3rd motherboard and it's still not fucking working, piece of crap.
