Wow, I didn't expect so many people to join, and so fast! It really makes the effort of scanning worth it. :D Thank you! ♥

I'm Rimon, one of the two people running this project. Ariel, threesteps, is the other, but she'll be busy with schoolwork for the next couple of weeks. We've already scanned several doujinshi and we're editing them right now. I'd like to apologize to anyone I didn't reply to in the last post - especially the very lovely Draco Malfoy (Who's playing him? I'd love to know!) - some things came up and I hardly touched the computer all week. I'll be very active from today on!

I thought clarification about some things might be needed before we really get this community going.

Doujinshi scans and RPing:
this community's primary focus is doujinshi scans. We added the roleplaying part for a little extra fun and crack. Therefore, RPing is not a must by any means! Just commenting normally is totally fine, too. But anyone interested can join in the fun and bring their own characters to play. Feel free to comment to the posting character as well as any other characters that commented. (:

Scans:
Most of the rules pertaining to our scans are listed in the community profile already. I just want to add that we're looking for translators and editors, and that if we get a translator we'll keep releasing raws as well as scanlations. Any translators or editors joining us will, of course, be properly credited.

Rules for RPing here:

• In order to play, you need a character account. It can be one you are using in another RPG (unless it's forbidden in the RPG you're in, for some reason), an account that you created ages ago on a whim and never used, or an account specifically made for this community. It doesn't matter so long as you have an actual character account to use. Don't use your personal LJ account -- that's a little confusing.
• We welcome characters from any fandom. Original characters, however, are generally not allowed.
• This community was made for crack. No SERIOUS BUSINESS, no drama. Maybe a little fluff. Mostly humour. Don't kill anyone. ):
• Since there's no list of taken characters for this game (as anyone can come and go as they please), several people playing the same character is allowed. However, we don't want five Gokuderas or Mihashis or whomever. That would be boring and a little annoying. Try to pick characters that aren't already in the game (or at least aren't frequent commenters. You'd probably notice them if they were).
• While you can crack out your character for the sake of lulz, try to remain mostly IC. XANXUS might not actually command Squalo to wash his underwear in canon, but it's not completely inconcievable. However, XANXUS would NEVER EVER use the emoticon "^_____^". Am I making sense here?
• The characters are commenting on a community journal. Therefore, they can't beat each other up, throw things at everyone, or have wild sex. Unless they're standing right next to each other and are doing all of that off-screen. The journal won't record it if they giggle or scratch their bum. It works like a real livejournal.
• This should be a given, but I'll mention it anyway -- please use correct grammar and spelling, unless it's in character for whoever you're playing to write "LAMBOSAN LIKES GRAPSE!!!!!!"
• No godmodding.
• If your character is funny, comments often and threads with other characters, they'll be listed on the community profile as regulars. :3

Uwah, this came out long. But these are pretty much ALL of the rules for the game, unless I'm forgetting something important (I probably am). THE most important thing is to just have fun and chill. :D If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
