Ted Olson's article on gay marriage
Okay, so I was one of those that were surprised when Ted Olson took up the challenge of arguing against California's Prop 8. And I hear that some liberal and conservative groups don't like his doing it. But I read his article in Newsweek on The Conservative Case for Gay Marriage and I thought it was a very interesting article and I understand why he is doing it.
I did think it was amusing when I read one comment about him doing the case was that in this instance, Olson is more left then the ACLU. Who would have thunk.
