Anime North '09, Day III
I won't put this under a cut, mostly because not much happened xD I promise, this will be short, unlike the last post.
The night before, we were able to get the hotel to give us a late check-out time. In other words, we could check out at 1pm rather than 11am, which meant that we could stick around the con for a bit longer. We hit up the Vendor's Market one last time so I could buy the newly-released compilation of the four volumes of Clover - I have the first three volumes from when it was still in print, but couldn't buy the fourth one before it got discontinued (this was even before I had a part-time job and back then, each volume cost about $25CAD, which meant it took a while before I could save up enough allowance to buy just one volume). It's been bothering me that I've been missing out on the fourth volume for years now, so I'm incredibly happy that I have all four now~
After, we had some time to kill, so we went back to the Manga Library to do some more reading for about an hour. Then, Max went to meet up with her cousin (finally, lol!) while I headed back to the hotel to check out and meet up with my parents so I could head back to school *sad sad*
And so ended my AN'09 adventures! I had a great time and never ran out of things to do. I may or may not hit up AN'10, depending on how the (full time) job hunt goes next year (scary!!). We'll see, though. I do hope to go but you never know where life will take you.
Anyway! Here are two final cosplay pics that I managed to snap today. Sorry there aren't more - I was too busy running around to really stop and chase after cosplayers ^^;
