Well, since everyone else seems to be doing it, I'm going to start a food diary of some sorts. I don't have much on at the moment and it's something to do and to put my new camera to use as well. The bitterness could be from the green shoots in all that garlic you used - try picking them out next time. Or it may be the tomato seeds.
Yesterday I ate a bowl of porridge, fish chips and peas then, loads of chocolate. Oh yes, and some of your cake.
