(no subject)
so my birthday was yesterday... it was all right... until we went to dinner... and i had THE most immaculate piece of meat on g-d's green earth.
filet mignon a la maggiano's... i highly recommend.
so my last day of work is tomorrow... i'm very ambivalent. i mean, i'm glad to be done working for now, but at the same time, i'm really going to miss my kids and co-workers. they're great. oh well. on to bigger and better things, right?
i'll send them my senior pictures.
which remindes me... i applied part-time at Green's art supplies in downtown rochester. they sounded really interested! i think i'll do a follow-up and maybe drop off a letter of rec from my full-time gig.
so anyway.. i'm going on vacation up north (how trite, huh?) because i haven't had a dod gamn vacation all summer. i'm leaving sunday. be back on wednesday. yeah. i'm thinking i'll still be able to get online, but maybe not... and who cares really... vacation's for gettin' away!! hey, and maybe i'll finish knitting my purse!
since i had work today, i couldn't go out and see some random R-rated movie with sonia like i wanted to... so we're going on friday. yay! i'm old!
oh yeah, since i won't be around on monday, i won't get to see you guys at registration! crap! you guys need to get it together and have a flippin' party or something so i can actually SEE everyone.
grrr. now i'm all agitated.

P.S. i just remembered! there was a dumpster fire at work today! how exciting! (no one was even remotely hurt... therefore, it's allowed to be cool)
