Closer it Creeps
Moving Day, Moving Day... soon...
It's just less than a week now. We are moving next Tuesday (sometime in the afternoon). We still have so much to do, it's overwhelming. Well, one day at a time.
Yesterday was a pretty big day. We took the ferrets to the Shelter as we won't be able to take them with us. I was real sad about it but Mike took it a lot worse than I did. We are going to miss our little babies. Today will be spent, finishing all of the laundry, and cleaning out the babies room. If am lucky and get the time I will start working on the boxes in the babies room and in our closet as well, but that may end up getting pushed till tomorrow. I need to go through them, and throw what we don't need out. Most of those boxes have broken bottoms and would just be a pain to move any other way.
We have movers coming on Monday to pack and move all of our stuff, so all we have to do is have the house in order for when they do, and have the stuff will be taking with us seperate from the rest of our stuff. But the house is a wreck, so it isn't as easy as it sounds.
Here's my general itenerary (sp?):
Today: clean laundry and do babies room
Friday: do ALL the boxes
Saterday: clean rest of house (straighten and put together all "loose bits")
Sunday: get things that will be coming with us together.
Monday: supervise the movers
Tuesday: clean house again, getting areas the furniture was in... and turn in keys and leave.
If I am lucky all will goes as relatively planned, and this won't turn into a big jumbled mess all on Sunday night...
