Although I don't like the song choice and I have no idea what it has to do with the product, it's still kinda cute.
Actually, no. I don't like this commercial. This commercial isn't for gay men. It's for a culture that still denies gay men. That's why it has to be a surprise at the end. Wow, gay men have the same problems in relationships that regular folks do. And then the tag, "not everything in black and white makes sense" relies on the notion that some womanly figure cooks and is clean while the other rushes to toil away at the office. I realize alot of people's lives are like this, but don't make a commercial about tolerance based on cultural stereotypes about what personalities complete certain tasks.
Anyway, buy Guinness. It's the meal in a glass for your and me.
