Понравилась история отсюда.

About a decade ago I suddenly lost a lot of strength, basically overnight. Monday did my normal workout, including bench pressing 300+ lbs. Wednesday rolls around and I can't even do my 225 warmups. Same thing Friday. I had lost 20 lbs since that Monday. Get scared and go to the doctor. Take a bunch of blood and run seemingly countless tests over the span of a month. No meaningful results came back for any of the tests.
By the end I had lost about 30 lbs total, almost all muscle mass. Other than the weightloss and weakness I felt fine. Doctors never did figure out what was wrong. Their suggestion was to not worry about it and come back if it happens again.
