Roses are red, conversation hearts taste crappy -
Here's a playlist that makes me, your Valentine, happy.
I don't want to celebrate on campus at Umass,
Where there are crappy cover bands doped up and on grass.
A college-band cover of Bon Jovi's "Always"
Makes us forget the AWESOME of Valentine's Day.
So now I shall bring back some happy and cheer
Without the influence of watered-down beer.
And all the music lovers out there this day,
Whether you're short or tall, straight or gay,
Or believe the grinch's heart grew 3 sizes today:
