Apple's retro-bundling thing:
Just the other day, they came out with an update to QT and iTunes again. Since my Parallels instance has these installed, Apple's Software Update wanted to update this stuff. It also included Safari, which I'd told Software Update to ignore last time.
Apple's Software Update for Windows seems to be forgetful, buggy or both. Every time it's run, old updates I ignored are restored. I thought ignoring an update or install ignored it forever. I think that's how it works on MacOS X, though I don't have any experience because I've never had to ignore an update there.
I think Apple should fix their software update program to honor the user's wishes.
