Goodness, I'm so busy lately, I just don't have time to update this like I should. Shame on me! Here I am worrying folks like
My Love who expect me to post every day. Well all I can say is I'm sorry and I'll try to do better. Please don't be upset, I'm doing the best I can.
I didn't have a chance to post yesterday, because Mummy and Daddy had the most boring visitors who came for the day. Ugh. Friends they knew in America. The were boring in America and they're boring in Japan. So, Mummy expected us all to dress up and be on our best behavior. Of course, being on your best behaivor is easy with my folks. Just smile, nod a lot, and try not to talk. If you must speak, you can say one of three things: 1: Really?
2: How fascinating!
3: Please, tell me more!
You know, it never used to bother me, dressing up like a little doll and just saying the same things over and over again, but yesterday, it was really getting on my nerves. Before, I found I could tune everything out around me and slip into my little fantasy land, but yesterday I couldn't do that. I was constantly aware about what that boring Mrs. Anderson was talking about, and her dull as dishwater husband and I wanted to just tell them both to shut up and get a life.
If I'd done that, Mummy and Daddy would have killed me. Business contacts you know.
Friday night
My Love and I went to the carnival and met up with
Tapion,
Piccolo, and Palu. They've told you all about that, so I won't go into detail yet another time and bore you all yet another time. But my love did win me the most wonderful teddy bear! I've named him Mr. Snuggles and he has the top stuffed animal position on my bed. Tee hee. He's not nearly as cuddly as
My Love, but he's close enough!
Then, Saturday night, me, my
Love,
Tien, and
Chaotsu went to the lookout and had dinner with
Mr. Popo and
Dende. We had a wonderful time! The food was just.. exquisite, Mr. Popo is a fantastic cook. And the gardens, well I know Mummy and Daddy would die of bliss if our gardner could do half the magic Mr. Popo does! We all had just a wonderful time. After dinner I suggested we play Charades and oh, someday all of you must see Chaotsu's impression of
Vegeta. It's simply dead on. I thought we were all going to burst a blood vessel we were all laughing so hard!
So, other than having to deal with the boring Andersons yesterday, this weekend was one of the best ones I've had in my life. And now I hear that
Turless bought himself a bike! I'm still holding you to the promise of that ride, Turless! It sounds like so much fun, I can't wait!
Well, I really need to end this. I'm so tired. I worked a double shift today, which is why I didn't get a chance to update this earlier. Again, Mea Culpa! I'm just so bad lately. I'll try not to do it again!
