Holy SHIT, I have never heard hail like this in my life.

I have once before, but this was pretty impressive. I'm on the top floor so hearing it crescendo against the roof and the metal steps outside was very...surround sound.

The weirdest part was being able to hear it pound the street -- seven floors below. It seems to have died down for a second but I am still looking askance.

Unbelievable! I am having dark thoughts about all the rogue tornadoes recently. But the winds don't seem very high right now, at least.

We couldn't hear hail--I think the trees along the side of the building muffled it?--but damn, that was some thunder.

I honestly think you've can't have had this hail right around you, because this stuff -- like, I feared the windows were going to be smashed out.
