I was going to get an IPOD finally yesterday, I saw a 2 gig nano for 150, and remember Ryan Love had told me to look into a Sansa. So I looked for one and found this 270eR Sansa with 4 gigs for 150. I looked at the features tab for the Sansa and it had almost triple the amount on the nano one. The Sansa comes with not only the normal mp3 ish, it also comes with video, fm radio, recording (voices + radio), photos, and you can even use sd cards to add more space to it.
I then asked an employee if I could get it and she informed me that the 6 gig one was on sale for the same price as the 4 gig, 150...WHAT A DEAL! So I got it and so far I am quite satisfied, I got the 20 buck warranty though just incase it decides to crap on me...I've only had it 2 days so this review isn't based on long time use.
Oh and the service that you use for Sansa is called Best Buy Digital Music Store, and with it you start off with 2 or 3 months free of unlimited downloads, but after the trial is up it's 15 bucks a month...still really good!
Oh, it charges through your PC's usb slot, it comes with a laynard, a carrying case, the installation cf (of course), and when you first turn it on it already has like 2 gigs or so of songs on it...it also has channels that you can go to for top songs like (top 1 songs, top songs of the 90s, top hip hop, etc.).
So yeah if anyone is thinking about getting an Ipod you should at least look into the Sansa, it's pretty freaking awesome!
