Is another unproductive day...I keep meaning to work on my writing, I always have the story open on my desktop but I just can't bring myself to start on it right now.
This could be partly caused by my sinuses trying to exploded out of my head. I don't know what's up with them but I'll be getting an x-ray done next week to see if there's anything obviously wrong with them. For now though there's an over the counter medication called Drixoral which works wonders for me, unlike most of the other meds this one is a 12 hour formula. Unfortunately most stores have stopped carrying it. In fact the women at the pharmacy told my mum that we were the only people who were buying it. They were kind enough to order in some boxes for me, and I hope they'll continue to do the same, otherwise I might have to try and track it down online.
I know
shuffles will agree with me, but sinuses are nothing but pain! I think I could be very happy without them!
I am full of fail!
I've been watching
Fringe with my brother these last couple of days. I absolutely love this show! The characters are just brilliant,
John Noble's Walter Bishop is an amazingly crazy/heartbreaking character. I go from laughing out loud at his antics, [like being fascinated by a seat warmer, warming his ass] to wanting to hug him [when he gets upset over not remembering what he needs]
There's also this epic relations ship between Walter and his son Peter [played by
Joshua Jackson] I've read descriptions of said relationship where they liken Peter's tone when speaking to his father like that of a man speaking to a dog. They don't exactly get along but you can tell that Walter does love his son, and slowly I could tell Peter did too, despite his exasperation.
If you've been curious about this show, I highly recommend it! If you've never heard of it, I still highly recommend it! I've told a lot of people [and possibly said it here and just don't remember] that I love a show or story that can take mundane things that happen in our real lives, or factual things from history and work them into a fascinating story. Perhaps I'm just easily amused, but at least I'm amused while watching a shiny show!
