I think so, I remember asking you what spoiler had annoyed you so much but I never got a response back. ^_~

I wasn't directing this at anyone specifically on my flist either, just the fanatics on the doctor who community.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Sometimes Who fandom wants me to bash my head against something. That's why I'm more than content to sit in my little corner of Doctor/Rose fandom and be happy.

I'd love to be like that too, but now I've been insulted. I asked a calm serious question and suddenly I'm being lumped in with the supposed 'squee-ers' I even stated in my question that I'm not a fan of the costume.

*fist shake*

I really shouldn't get involved in these things and I usually don't. But they're driving me nuts *sigh*

Seriously though, what's the spoiler that bugs you? [you still haven't answered btw ^_~] I'm not afraid of spoilers ^_~

Well... I'm more than slightly peeved that they're filming at the same location used for Bad Wolf Bay, and even more irritated that River Song is back.

I thought it might have been River Song. To be honest I've decided I'm a little disappointed too I liked the idea of leaving her shrouded in mystery.

It seems like the end of Tennant's run might blow up the show in the same way I understand RTD did Torchwood...

despite all that I'm still looking forward to it. If disappointment comes I'll deal, but I'd like to think at least for now that I could be surprised and pleased with how this era will end *fingers crossed*

Well, I dunno, maybe it's just the idea of her that I didn't like. I can appreciate her character because she's strong and smart in her own right, and there's unfortunately not a whole lot of that in fandom. (Though DW does a much better job than people give it credit for.) But as far as River goes... I don't really like the idea of the Doctor being in love. I can't imagine that he could find one person in the whole of time and space to devote himself to. Not that I think the Doctor should be miserably alone for the rest of forever, I just think there's more to him than that. And I dunno, maybe River was a little too pretentious about the whole thing.

Cool! I'm always so curious to see what people think. I liked her as a character too and after some thought decided I'd be happier not knowing all of the back story between her and the Doctor, I like the fact that there could be mystery like that. It adds further depth to the story for me
