Shiny!
I has a new toy!
I got a text message on monday from Virgin telling me that LG was doing a voluntary recall on the LG 150 which I've had for a while now [really sturdy phone...which is actually why my brother thinks they're doing the recall. ^_~ the phone's just too good]
So I went and filled out the forms online and got the distinct impression that I would not only be getting a replacement phone, but a free upgrade! The new phone arrived today and sure enough I now have a shiny new LG Rumor! I have the black one, which of the three I could choose from was the one I would have gone with.
The great thing is I was planning on upgrading soon myself, I'm just really glad that I didn't buy it before now. I was also thrilled to see that the ring tones I'd downloaded were still in my locker. Last time I had to switch phones they weren't there which didn't make sense to me because it's the same account, same number it should all still be there.
