So for the longest time I haven't been able to drink anything alcoholic, even a few sips was enough to set of the Esophagus Spasms.
To those of you who don't know what that feels like, imagine a heart attack, right down to the pain shooting down my left arm. And once it went as far as my legs. Needless to say it's not pleasant at all.
It wasn't always this way, at one time I could drink Grasshoppers, and Rye & Pepsi [my personal favorite] but once the reaction started kicking in again I had to stop [not that I ever drank that much to begin with]
My sister discovered this new cooler called Hydra its simply flavored Vodka water, and it's really good. On a whim I gave it a try, no problems after drinking a cup [about half a bottle] so I decided to drink a bottle, still no real problems [might have notice something very slight but waiting a few minutes before continuing, problem solved]
And now today I drank some of my dad's Rye & Pepsi and still no problems....so is this something that comes and goes? Wouldn't be the first time, or is it a matter of drinking something that's less sugary? My dad drinks his Rye with Diet Pepsi. To be honest I have no idea, but at least for the moment I can socially drink with my friends, which would be nice [however long this lasts]
