I have no idea really how much of what I post would be considered spam..but I'm pretty sure this qualifies.
Before I left for Halifax, I went out and got myself a medical ID bracelet, found one from Sears for a reasonable. I don't know how many of you have tried dealing with Medic Alert, but their prices are insane!
I liked the bracelet well enough but it was sterling silver, and I tend to be rough on jewelery and would have preferred stainless steal. I was at the pharmacy when I saw a flier for this site. I feel like I've written this before but can't find it so if I'm repeating myself forgive me...
Universal Medical ID where you can basically put together your own bracelet, dog tags, necklace, sports band. Starting at stainless steal and and going all the way to 14k gold, service is excellent, and I got my bracelet way ahead of the shipping date I'd originally been given.

feel very sleepy right now...not sure why, haven't taken anything slept well through the night...maybe I'll have to take a nap later today. I remembered when I could never do that once I was awake that was it I was up until it was time to go to bed. I must be getting old ^_~
