Reno and Tifa, Concert lines and fake cigarettes...
Funny story surrounding that picture. See... It was during the cosplay competition, and the concert (the Saturday one) was just after it. Well, suddenly all these kids start lining up and I go, "WTF?! Guess I should hold a place in line for the rest of the group..." So I do... With the Maki. We were in our Turk get ups and had been randomly accosted for photos all day. Nothing wrong there. Well, Maki informs me she's running to the rest room, cool-ness. Yami will continue to hold place in line... Awesome. So, I decide to see where the hell everyone else is and start stalking them down via cell phone. Well, not two seconds after my parter runs away and I find out where Kalyn and Bill are, this random Tifa (and I don't mean any disrespect, just there were quite a few AC Tifas at Oni this year) comes up and requests a picture. So, I ask if she could wait like two seconds while I remove the phone from my ear and the cig from my mouth.
The Tifa gets this really creepy look in her eye and is like, "No bitch, photo now!"
And now there's a photo of me, standing in line for a concert I wasn't really into, with a cigarette in my mouth and a phone sticking out of my ear. Lovely.
Funny thing is... The JpopHouse people came out like two seconds later and said, "This line must disperse!! The concert line will begin at eight and not before."
Dude, yo.
And that was by far the most random of my Onicon 2005 experiences.
----actual update----
Today I turned in my paper to Gilbert. That was cool. We boned corsets in Bustier and apparently mine will stop bullets by the time it's done. That's cool too. Also, in Flat 2 I learned how to knock-off metamorphose bloomers. Sweet, yo. I really wanna try for some Atelier Boz pants next. Like those really cool EGA palazzos they do... **plots** And that was my day. In a nut shell.
