Devil Bats Sign Up Sheet!
The signup sheet is divided into two main sections. One for Offense one for Defense. Descriptions of what each position does are listed below. If that position is already taken, the name and number of the player will be listed.
Players may choose their own numbers... as it would be handy to place some meaning into them.

OFFENSE
Quarterback: #1 Yoichi Hiruma Ya_ha_hiruma
Receives the snap from the center on most plays. He then hands or tosses it to a running back, throws it to a receiver or runs with it himself. The quarterback is the leader of the offense and calls the plays that are signaled to him from the sidelines.
Running back:
Specialize in running with the ball. They also block, catch passes and, on rare occasions, pass the ball to others or even receive the snap. If the team has two running backs...:
Halfback/tailback -
More likely to run with the ball,
Fullback - #12 Yu Kanda cursedlotus
More likely to block.
Wide Recievers: They specialize in catching passes, though they also block for running plays or downfield after another receiver makes a catch.

Offensive Linemen: These are the biggest guys and they block the defenders.

Tight End - They can either play like wide receivers (catch passes) or like offensive linemen (protect the QB or create spaces for runners). A Jack of all trades!
DEFENSE
Defensive Linemen: These big guys fight with the Offensive Linemen. three to six players
Linebacker: These guys stand behind the Defensive Line and tackle the Running back.
Defensive Backs: These guys usually guard the wide recievers. At least 3.
RESERVE
If the positions are filled we can always use extra players. Or if a position has not yet been determined.
