Program: Photoshop (SC2) (will work with 7 and up)

Layer 1 : Copy your base and go into Filter >> Other >> High Pass ... set it to 1.5 and set Opacity to 80%


Layer 2 : Copy your base layer and set to Screen at 50%


Layer 3 : Fill the layer with #08092b and set it to Exclusion


Layer 4 : Layers >> New Adjustment Layers >> Hue/Saturation (Master: -28/+24/+11)


Layer 5 : Layers >> New Adjustment Layers >> Selective Color
Reds: +38 / -8 / +100 / +100
Yellows: +31 / +50 / -100 / +100
Cyans: +68 / -100 / -100 / +100
Nutrals: +5 / +1 / +13 / +8
Blacks: +11 / -15 / -14 / +46


Layer 6 : Layers >> New Adjustment Layers >> Levels (Imput Levels: 0 / 1.05 / 220)


Layer 7 : Fill the layer with #bd91bc and set it to Overlay at 70%


Layer 8 : Fill the layer with #5d8961 and set it to Overlay at 50%


Layer 9 : Create a gradient somewhat LIKE THIS (the white was transparent) and set to Soft Light at 80%


Layer 10 : Take
this texture and set to screen.
