"Hmph." the scientist said, sitting back in his chair and looking somewhat disappointed. "Pity. Well, perhaps we'll find some other way to make you useful."
He zapped Ricochet again. "Why don't you tell me what you know about one Rowena Mox-Xanathos?"
"Are you sure?" the scientist said, hand hovering over the shock button. "This will be much less painful all around if you don't try to hide things from us. We always find out in the end."
"Are you serious? You honestly think when I'm this screwed with absolutely nothing to gain....that I would lie? I don't know the Young Avengers, I don't know this rowena person and I hate the band rush....anymore questions?"
He knew he was going to get shocked for that, but honestly did not care.
(())C and I get to make a reference to a horrible german hair band!wait....her accent was german right?))
"I wouldn't know." the scientist said. "I haven't had the opportunity to work on a..." his lip curled. " 'Super hero' before. All of my previous subjects have been criminals and juvenile offenders. Although I suppose that "vigilante" does fit into that plot somewhere."
((OOC: The only band called "Rush" that I know is a Canadian progressive rock band. And now I have "Kid Gloves" stuck in my head. And yes, Sinesis is German.))
The scientist tapped the clipboard, looking unamused.
"Are you even remotely useful?" he asked with a heavy sigh, setting the clipboard back where ever he had grabbed it from. "No matter. I'll find something to make of you to please Doctor Sinesis."
"There are dozens of things that I'd rather be doing, I assure you." the scientist said. "But until we get the DNA results back, I won't know how to train you." he smirked. "There's only so much that one can learn from the opposite side of a force field."
"Considering the amount of mutants who have recently been reduced to "normal" recently, I think we'll still be able to find a use for you." the scientist smirked. "I imagine that there are ways that we could augment your powers, if they're as useless as you say."
"I have my own projects that are really none of your business." the scientist said. "I shouldn't trouble myself with them, were I in your position. Only a few of them would involve you, and those only incidentally.
The scientist looked Ricochet over and smirked. "Am I sensing defiance? Marvelous. Doctor Sinesis, does enjoy seeing defiance broken."
"Well....MAN...like I said, I have no idea. Didn't even know there was a 'young avengers' Hell, last I heard, the Vision was dead."

He grinned as he started.
"First thing is that I'm the lowest level of mutant that you could find, I can throw thing and not very well. Sorry to disapoint."

He made his own powers out to be worse than they really were, but he needed them to believe he was useless.

The scientist's expression wasn't twisted or ugly, in spite of the words coming out of his mouth. It was...abstract. Bored, even.

Johnny was more annoyed than anything now. He just wanted out of this place. But it was becoming apparent that he may be screwed.
