People suck. Yep, they do.

Someone decided to break into my car yesterday. Hooray! I discovered it right before I was going to take Aaron to work. They broke the back passenger window and rifled through absolutely everything. They only took my cd player, which was worth all of like $10 and my cd booklet. Mind you, they didn't take any of the numerous cds that were in cases. Those being the only ones making resale possible. Smart people/person.
Apparently, they don't care for Bowie, bluegrass renditions of Metallica, folk music in general, etc. Whatever, I hope the assholes like punk, 80s tunes and indie rock, 'cause that's about all that's in the booklet, aside from the aforementioned stuff. Ah, I'm sure they do. I mean, what crack head doesn't?!
I can replace everything except a two cd set, which, heartbreakingly, is not sold in stores. Goodbye David Bowie and NIN live in concert, Pittsburgh '95. You will be missed. No longer will I be able to hear the roar of the crowd and think "that's me!"
We're assuming they broke in 'cause Aaron's poker set was in the back seat. It's in a nice shiny metal case. Maybe they thought it was like in the movies and it had money in it. They soon found out it didn't though and proceeded to launch the insides of the case all over the embankment. That was fun to pick up, let me tell you. No word yet as to whether any peices are missing. Idiots... it was the most expensive thing in the car.
Ugh... so, now, just as we were actually saving money up for a new place and have a few hundred in the back not taken by bills, we're out almost 2 of that. Go figure.
