A post full of fanart I haven't posted outside dA before and a couple of tips on improving from someone who is always trying to improve.

That Moriarty picture was how I learnt to draw short hair properly (i.e. without looking like a mat on someone's head) =D

I LOVE the work! I like all the stuff you'e put up, but yes, the style really is quite different! Even so, the colouring is gorgeous in all your pieces, that's the consistent bit!

I don't draw unfortunately but I have good friends who do and they have the same complaints. There are mangakas who complain how their art seemed so great to them when they publish in the monthly magazines and then get completely dismayed when they look at the magazines months later when they have to compile the art to create the book.
