Well, this morning my Playstation flashed me the Yellow Light again..... it is dead.... AGAIN.
Two months out of warranty from the LAST repair...
$190.97 repair fee again? That's what the customer service rep said. "All they can do" he said...
Of course, I demanded to talk to a floor supervisor, which, lead to part of why I've always liked Sony's Customer Service. Despite being out of warranty by just under two months. BUT with this in light, the supervisor put it through to waive the $190.97 repair fee for me, so I'm getting it repaired for FREE!
I've never felt this good about something breaking out of warranty in my life. ^.^
