Anime punch (anime con) Side not about sl
I went to an anime convention in Columbus Ohio last weekend, meant to post about it sooner. It was pretty fun. Played magic the gather a lot too, one guy I played with a lot was wearing a corset, pretty cool guy too x3. The events were all great, but the hentai olympics were a bit of a let down unfortunately. Not many artists go to anime punch though, not sure why, I guess the only go to the bigger conventions *shrug* The cost players were really good too, hardly any one super fat in costumes that are not appropriate at all, I hate that >_> Hey I'm a 300 pound chick, and I have this wonderful idea to dress as a 10 year old character from an anime! Fail >_< There was also an officially ranked smash brothers brawl tournament. I played Peach every match, I think I got in the top 15 or 10 among something like 50 or 60 or more people, but only because I made a stupid mistake, some fuck tard kept distracting me by asking me idiotic fucking questions while a tournament was going on, wish it was a closed door tournament to prevent this sort of thing. Idiot weeaboo: Hey is this a tournament? Me: yes trying to concentrate please Idiot weeaboo: is it over? me: No I am doing my match right now Idiot weeaboo: wait right now? me: YES O_O Idiot weeaboo: Oh that's cool, is your match almost over me: JUST FUCKING WATCH AND LEAVE ME ALONE! >_< Idiot weeaboo: Q_Q me: <3 Then there was this one /b/tard complaining about people with neko accessories and calling them furries and talking about how much he hates furries, and how every one keeps breaking rules 1 and 2, and blah blah blah. I told him the honest truth, he smelled like shit, there for it makes sense for him to talk shit, and yeah, he really smelled horrible, like well, shit, he must not have showered all weekend x3 I hate furries, but I love the smell of shit, AND smelling like shit, isn't /b/ fucking awsome!? But don't talk about 4chan shhhhh, don't want to break rules 1 and 2, o nos. e_e
Aside from the smelly /b/tards and idiot weeaboos I had a pretty good time, and if you are at any sort of con, furry, anime, w/e. For the love of god, fucking shower, that is my one problem with cons, the collective unity of bad hygiene. x_x; Although never been to a fur con before, would like to sometime though, I will arm myself with fresh scent sprays x3
I got into second life recently, it's not bad, fun to socialize, good way to chat with friends, and I plan to pick up maya and try building a few things, who knows maybe I can make some money on sl x3 Or at least make something I like.
