Any mage may use basic spells, but only specific type mages may use the Black and White spells.

Neutral Magic:

Ignis: Will ignite anything instantly. Be it torch, candle, camp fire, or anything else flammable.

Smokescreen: Creates a screen of thick dark gray smoke.

Solidify: Turns any body of water into ice as long as the mage casting it has the stamina to hold it.

Quench: There is a limit to this spell. It may double the water in anything when it's low, but can only be used once per container. Quench is not a never-ending magic.

Cage: Once cast, this spell will evoke a stone prison surrounding a target or area.

Mire: Slows the target down to near immobility. Taking a single step may take up to a few minutes with this spell cast on you.

White Magic:

Scuta: Fills the body with magic energy devoted to blocking out external influences - this includes other magical attacks as well as physical attacks. This spell lasts up to half an hour or until dispelled, but takes an incredibly long time to cast and needs a skilled mage to pull it off.

Quell: Puts someone to sleep instantly by a single touch. This is good for someone hysterical, or needing rest and are unwilling to cooperate.

Rapid Heal: Allows for faster healing by a few degrees, but it still takes a while for wounds to be 100%.

Bind: Instantly heal someone at the cost of your own strength. This works on critical wounds, but not mortal.

Reversion: Loan your own life force out to bring back the dead and let them say goodbye, or extend mortally wounded life. This only lasts for a couple of hours, and once cast on a target cannot be cast on them again. Also weakens the mage by several degrees and can only be used by the extremely skilled.

Analyze: Perform magical analysis on target to find out what ails them, and what needs done. Accuracy varies depending on the mage's skill level.

Black Magic:

Ice Blast: Appears as a snowball in the palm of the mage's hand, but is no gentle skill. Feels like a rock slamming into you.

Fireball: A tight and destructive blast of fire.

Burning Circle: Surround your enemy with a ring of fire, and hold them at bay for a short period of time.

Wall of Flame: Creates a wall of fire as wide as needed, but only lasts as long as the mage is in the vicinity, and are able to hold it.

Breath: Exhale a large breath of flame, but be careful with it. Even the mage casting this skill can be hurt.

Lightning Rain: A quick storm of lightning that strikes anywhere at random once cast.

Strike: One solid bolt of electricity right into the target.

Nova: An invisible barrier that freezes someone that walks into it, immobilizing them for a period of time.

Sellable Magic, Potions and Charms:

Invincible Charm: Allows for absolute invulnerability that lasts for a half an hour and can be used only once. This charm can be cast on any trinket or object.

Light Stones: Long-lasting magical form of a flash light. Key words are used to turn them on and off.

Anti-venom: For the pesky poisonous beasts roaming the lands, any magic store will be able to sell an anti-venom potion.

Beasts:

Apart from normal animals (which in this continent are mostly horses, cows, sheep, rodents, bunnies, all sorts of birds, bears, foxes, wolves, all sorts of insects and all sorts of fish) there are dangerous beasts roaming the lands.

In all beast types there are several types of beasts; land-type, water-type, insect-type, flying-type. Most of them after dangerous and attack humans and animals for food, which is a good reason for humans, elves and mages to hunt them too - to get food and ingredients for items.

Most of these beasts live in the woods, but some live specifically in the places mentioned.

Lyeos: The weakest types of beasts who don’t attack anyone unless they really feel the need to do so. They mostly hide and rob food. These small beasts can understand humans a little. Lyeos - leveled beasts resemble normal animals the most and can be tamed. There is, however, also a fear that they will go on a rampage, so usually no one tries it. Only a few insects are poisonous, but none other. Lyeos live around lakes and villages.

Ginalas: Second weakest beast types that love to hide and seek but also come out to attack humans. They like people to be their prey more than their food. Ginalas’s are fairly easy to kill and their meat is much better source of food than a Lyesos. None of them are poisonous. Most of the Ginalas-leveled beasts live near the lakes and mountains and they rarely come out to the open, which is why none of them are seen in the meadows of Ascher.

Herony: Second strongest beasts, most of them are even poisonous. They don’t attack humans unless they detect someone in their territory. That is the reason there’s mostly no one living in the mountain of Raytin. Most of the water types are Herony-leveled, which sometimes makes work at sea dangerous. Most of Herony-leveled beasts live in mountains and in the sea, but some of them come near lakes as well.

Em'turu: The strongest beasts in the whole continent. Most of them live in Ascher, but some of them have wondered to other areas as well. No one who has face an Em'turu leveled beast has survived it alive. They are giant and brutal and some of them are even quite poisonous. Only one man has known to kill one, but he died in the said battle. An Em’turu is a very rare find.
