Just a quickie
I just have to say: I fucking hate tiktok so fucking much, I want the servers to go down permanently for it. It’s so annoying. I’m very grateful that they won’t allow vid sharing anymore unless you have the app, so now I don’t feel obligated to watch stupid videos my roommate sends to me all day. Such a relief! Now if I could just get her to stop watching them at full volume while Ric and I watch The Expanse, we’d really be cooking then! I get that she hates that show and hates that we watch it a lot but there are literally 4 other TVs in this house, one is in her room. So if she wants to have a TV on to ignore while she stares vacantly into tiktok videos - go to your room! Or put fucking headphones in. I feel like I don’t have much of an upper hand because I know her argument will be that we’ve seen it before so it doesn’t matter. But you know, it does. I watch the show because I like it and I like hearing the dialogue. Some of it is pretty emotional and I like that it can get pulled into it without having try much, even though I’ve seen it 7 or 8 times. I feel like that’s kind of a rare thing, especially with TV. But when season 6 comes out it is going to be a “No Phone Zone” as well as a “No Talking Zone.” Not to be a dick but I don’t care about what your coworkers are up to when I’m watching Jim Holden and the Roci Crew. Just. Be. Quiet!
