today i woke up and had a protein/soy shake. i'm getting so much better at math because of all this calorie counting.. haha it sounds dumb, but it takes a lot to figure out how much cals in a certain measurment.. specially when you're so weak you're spacing out all the time

it sucks being so short huh? well i mean because when you gain weight it's like you can't hide it as well as a taller person might be able to + you need to keep in shape or else you'll look huge.. that's me anyway lol.
my stats are:
age : 17.5
height : 5'.5''
cw : 113
hw : 135
lw : right now
stg : 102 by the first of febuary.. ahhh.
ltg : it use to be 102, but now that i'm so close and still feel huge, i figure it can't hurt to go lower, but i'm trying to not get too ahead of myself so i haven't given it much thought.
i went to get stacker 3s today (they contain ephedra) and i couldn't.. because i'm not 18 yet. so i got the same stacker 2s - ephedra free that i've been taking, i feel like they're not working.. i don't know anyone who's 18 that would actually get them for me - i wouldn't want to explain why i need them anyway haha.
but anyway, i hope to talk to you soon too!

i'm not sure if the diet pills work, i mean i don't doubt that they do/did but sometimes i just feel like they do nothing for me because i'm not losing a ton of weight really really fast, but what i do know is that the ones with ephedra work much better than ones with out.. i never had any side effects from the pills either. i've had no-doz.. but i'm awful at actually taking as many as the suggested amount says, i always figure that they tell you to take less than you can handle just so that if you over do it - you don't hurt yourself too bad so i ended up taking 2/3 no-doz instead of the recomended 1/2 of one and i get waay too jittery.. i might begin taking them just to see if being jittery ups my metabolism.. which is another thing, i like don't have one lol - or it's verrrrrrry slow.
