Odd thoughts

I've been thinking of how some people from the USA, while in Europe, claim they're Canadian to keep from taking unwanted flak. As I think about this, I wonder, if I was on a different planet, or out in space, in some different area where humans are usually not found, would I claim to be a human from earth, or just say I was some other species who happens to look human?

I'd probably claim to not be human, way to go planet earth.
