Aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh
Fall is here, and with a vengence! Two days ago, we had high temperatures in the upper 80's, lower 90's. Yesterday it was about 55°F when I left for work (with a high in the mid 60's) and today it was 43°F! It was the first night we slept without the fan on since we moved in back in August. It was also the first time that I was glad to have a blanket. :D
I've said it before and I' continue to say it; I miss fall. It's always been my favortie time of year and, unfortunately, in this sun-drenched place we only get a few days of it every year. But, given the record breaking amount of rainfall we had in the first part of the year, I *hope* that we'll actually have a longer spot of cooler weather this "autumn" and "winter".
Regardless, you can betcha I'm quite the happy camper while this cool spell lasts!
