Arizona has won 8 of its last 12 games. They've played the Cubs 5 times this year and dominated 4 of those times. Of those 5 outings, the Cubs have only managed to score 5 runs, while the D-Backs have dominated with 28 runs (give or take a run).
The D-Backs suffered a horrible start, and their 12-14 record shows that. But if the last 12 games are any indication, the D-Backs are headed for a great season. Sexson is quickly recovering, Finley is on a roll, Bautista is absolutely amazing, and Chad Tracy may be the best hitter in the league (and he just began his major league career two weeks ago...). And as for the pitching staff, well...it's damn near perfect.
Diamondbacks are going to own this season. Your teams better watch out. ^_^
In other news, I have a huge Government project due in a day and a half. I should start on it.
