I woke up at 11:30. Alarmed at the sound of my parents coming home from an early morning appointment in the big city. Why do I feel obligated to even be awake and moving when I am taking months off of work! This was a conscious decision that I do not regret, but I regularly have to remind myself to follow through on making it happen. Gotta remind
