Before W's second term is up, I will utter these words on foreign soil in the presence of a diplomatic or consular officer: "I hereby absolutely and entirely renounce my United States nationality, together with all rights and privileges and all duties of allegiance and fidelity."

I don't need this country and this country obviously doesn't need me.
