(no subject)
So....about that fast yesterday. Does eating a cherry strudel, lemon danish, lo mein, chicken, egg rolls, cookies and soda before sundown count as breaking fast? Err yea....i HAD to eat. I was sitting in freshmen seminar and my stomach kept going "GROARRRR!" So i was like wtf i cant go to world cultures like this, EVERYONE will hear my hungriness and think i dont eat or something......So in the ten mins i had in btwn classes i rushed out, got some food and rushed back to class. And no i dont feel guilty. But i do have new respect for people who do fast all day for long periods of time. I'm not that strong. But hey, the kiddies get a dollar in my name anyway, so everyone wins =]
Sofi came down again today to finish up shopping for her elf costume, so i hung with her before my art class, went to a few stores, then had lunch. Speaking of art class.........Today we started painting the naked lady =[ And do i know myself or what? I knew when i saw her naked i was gonna want to laugh....And sure enough as soon as she got naked i felt my face trying to smile, but i smothered it and managed to act mature ^__^ She....wasnt young, but wasnt old....late 30s early 40s prolly, so she wasnt exactly perky and slim and trim....but wtva, not as bad as what we could have had, although she was....bushy -cough- >.>; We had to do a few loose sketches of her first in a few different poses, then we started to paint her. Man painting people is HARD! Ugh....im not looking foward to finishing it up next week =[ Nor am i looking foward to the next two weeks.....when we'll be painting boy bush >.< Dont know how im gonna explain those paintings when i bring them home....
