Whoo! I thought being laid off would suck...but actually, it's not that bad. o.o I'm going back to CoD and filing for unemployment, but I get to wake up late everyday and do whatever the crap I want. XD So I decided to make a cake today. But not just any cake. I made my Great Aunt Mary's cake. She pretty much made and perfected the recipe herself. I'm going to surprise everyone in my D&D (dungeons & dragons for those of you not-nerdy enough to know, haha) with it.

I had to go to the store for sugar and a few other things (I was so pissed that my mom didn't have sugar...SUGAR. It's a staple for every kitchen, honestly...) and I decided to look for Biotene, the mouthwash my piercer recommended. I had bought the original style Listerine because they didn't have what I needed in stock...then I read that Listerine is baaad for tongue piercings. Something about the alcohol slowing down the healing process to a crawl... But anywho, I found it! Huzzah! Clean mouf for me!

My tongue feels better and better each day that passes, and that's REALLY a relief. I woke up yesterday with blood clinging to the top and bottom of the balls of my barbell and freaked. It was more like a panic, really... x.x My eyes were like "HOLY CRAP, YOU DON'T BLEED FROM THERE NORMALLY!!! WTF?!?!?" Turns out that it's normal and I might have a sleep-chewing thing going on or something. Maybe the piercing dries out when I sleep. It happens... So I learned that that was normal for the first week or two. But the swelling has gone down a lot. Thing is...I learned how to talk pretty normal when it was all swollen. But now that the swelling has gone down, my mouth became RETARDED. I lisp like nobody's business.

Anywho...that's what's been going on in my life. XD I don't usually write too much, but today I seem to have a bit of what they call 'Blabbermouth Syndrome'. It's not deadly, but it IS contagious! EGAD!
