OOC ∞ Lab Rats
As has been hinted, Washu is very interested in all the different people around here, and their subsequent worlds. So to make this kind of easy on everyone, if you'd like for your character to at one point be subjected to various tests -- these can range from questioning, basic physical examinations, more hands on physical examinations (guys, watch out 8D), and full on lab rat -- just fill out the form and comment to this post :3 I'll still ask beforehand but then I thought this would be a bit more organized.
THE FORM

Choose from one of the following:
a) Questions/Diagnostics
b) Option A + Basic Physical Exam (hair samples, blood samples, height, weight, etc.)
c) Options A and B + Hands On Physical Exam (strapped to a strange device and possibly be probed a bit)
d) Lab Rat (all of the above AND subjected to random and strange experiments)
Notes: Anything noteworthy that I should OOCly know about and that Washu will eventually discover

Now why would you want to put your character at the mercy of Washu's tests?
Those who have special abilities or powers may find her examinations actually pretty useful. She might be able to design something to help subtly (VERY SUBTLY) enhance your powers so that they can be more focused and controlled. She could also create power limiters to help those who may have too much power.
And then there's just the pure non-practical LULZY CRACK part of it all. Even if your character is just a normal human, she won't mind working with them anyway.
Also, she would not do anything that would endanger the subject's life. At least. Not on purpose. So long as we don't have a Mihoshi around who would just randomly come in and hit switches and make everything explode during an examination, everything should be just fine.
