I need a moment to vent.
I swear to God someone should have told me I was signing my life away the day I declared Music Therapy Major. ANd then maybe I would have been more prepared. More prepared for the incredible amount of work I have to do.
It sucks because I hate that I have so much work to do, but love music therapy. I hate that I NEVER leave the music building... I still dont know where half the buildings are on the east side of campus. I hate that I dont even have weekends to myself anymore because Im writing papers and practicing.
I really cant wait to start practicum next semester. Although its going to eat up even more of my time at least Ill actually get to experience what music therapy is all about. Ill get to experience the feeling of making my clients life better through music. ANd then maybe all these papers and projects will seem worth it.
At least today is the first monday that hasnt completely sucked (dyna) balls.
